Gluten Free Pizza
Lantern's signature Gluten Free dough is made in house. In an effort to minimize cross-contamination, we have a dedicated mixer for the dough, prep station for the build and oven for the bake. We also bake the GF pizzas in a pan (not to be confused with deep dish). Any of the LPCo pizzas can be made with our 12" GF dough.
