We are committed to mixing our dough in house with USA sourced flour, freshly made mozzarella from Wisconsin cheese curds and tomato basil sauce from California tomatoes. Our chef inspired artisan pizzas are hand tossed and freshly prepared right before your eyes with authenticity you can see and taste.
Chef Dan Coudreaut is an accomplished, award winning chef with 40 years plus in the hospitality industry and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America where he graduated top of his class (’95). Dan has built and led high-performing culinary teams at upscale restaurants, catering companies, hotels, and multiunit chain restaurants, with a strong reputation of being an inspiring, pragmatic, and passionate leader.
As a certified Pizzaiolo, Chef Dan has developed a new concept that is Neapolitan-inspired artisan pizza. This simple menu includes recipes that are made in-house using the freshest of ingredients. Chef Dan’s artisan pizzas are hand tossed, topped with freshly prepared tomato basil sauce and house made mozzarella.
Kim Coudreaut has spent the better part of the last 30 years in the hospitality industry as well. Kim’s experience began in the front of the house on the service side of restaurants, leading food and beverage teams at country clubs and five-star hotels. As the Director of Catering and Conference Planning, she led a team of 10 planners at the Four Seasons Resort & Club, where she refined her hospitality skills and her eye for detail. Kim has spent the past 10 years as the founder and President of Distinct Meeting Solutions, a corporate meetings and events planning company
